Position Overview

Quality Demo Services is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and working closely with clients and project managers to ensure successful project planning.

Responsibilities
Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
Prepare accurate demolition cost estimates and proposals
Conduct site visits and project assessments when needed
Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Collaborate with project managers to support successful execution
Maintain organized project documentation and timelines

Qualifications
Previous estimating or construction industry experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of demolition, construction, or related services is a plus
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects

Demolition Supervisor

Position Overview

Quality Demo Services is hiring an experienced Demolition Supervisor to oversee demolition projects and lead crews safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, field experience, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on every jobsite.

Responsibilities
Supervise demolition crews and daily jobsite operations
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within scope
Enforce OSHA safety standards and company procedures
Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment needs
Communicate with project managers and clients as needed
Monitor project progress and maintain quality control

Qualifications
Previous demolition or construction supervision experience required
Strong leadership and team management skills
OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
